I was just looking for a little booklet called Rome’s Strategy for England” by David Samuel.

When I use most search engines it comes up with lots of selections but Google comes up with nothing, absolutely zero. Instead it says, "Your search - Rome’s Strategy for England” by David Samuel. - did not match any documents. "

Could Google be censoring searches or is there a more innocent answer? I am inclined to believe it is something to do with the way Google works, but it seems strange that other search engines which normally let me down are actually the ones working here.

    Any ideas?

Hummm, typed in book in quotes and got ton of results, added author and got some results, removed the apostrophe got nothing but "did you mean .... gave me my search with an apostr. so clicked it and got one result - the book????

Something in the search is quirky for google it seems

    This is kind of strange.

Rome’s Strategy for England by David Samuel gets nothing as a result

"Rome’s Strategy for England" by David Samuel gets about 6 results

Rome’s Strategy for England gets nothing

Romes Strategy for England gets pages of results.

Must be the way google works or something.

To clarify my original post, I believe it is just the way google works, not that it censors, but that it just does not respond to certain combos.
