Here is what I need help with, I need a school that offers an off-campus degree. I have a family and really no way of attending in person, something in the way of online courses would be great. Also I only have a high school diploma with no college degrees, I know some schools require a degree in order to apply. Are there any schools out there like this, or Iam I just out of luck?

    Peace,
    OD

    Sir,
You might want to try the following...

Bethany Bible College and Seminary - bethanybc.edu

Bob Jones University Extended Edu - bju.edu

Baptist College of America - bca.edu

There are a few more, but these are the ones on top of my head.
    God bless in your endeavor.

Stay away from unaccredited schools, Trinity Seminary being one such.

Generally I'd agree with Michael on this, but I'd simply amend and say be very wary of non-regional or specially accredited schools. I forgot to add Luther Rice Seminary www.lrs.edu

Some of the non-accredited ones are diploma mills, while a few aren't. A good non-accredited one I know is Columbia Evangelical Seminary www.columbiaseminary.edu
