    For once they did something right. There are hundreds of bills passed in the House and held up in Harry Reid's Senate never to be brought out for a vote. The only reason they voted on this was because it was Obama's plan and I'm glad enough people killed this bill.

    It's a stupid rule democrats knew would not advance and was proposed purely for political purposes.

    It's nothing more than a campaign talking point.
