What are Seventh Day Baptists? Are there any differences besides Saturday worship?

Seventh Day Baptists do not seem to be greatly different from the "Regular" Baptists beyond the practice of worship on the seventh day (Saturday). They are a long standing division from Regular Baptists, having emerged in England around 1650 and in America in 1671. The present Seventh Day Baptist General Conference was organized in 1801.

John Spittlehouse was an early English Particular Baptist preacher and historian and also a seventh-day Baptist. He wrote the booklet "A VINDICATION OF THE Continued Succession of the Primitive Church of Jesus Christ (now scandalously termed Anabaptists) from the Apostles unto this present time" in 1652.
