"Sexy" Fashions . . . What Do Men Think?

    As you will notice the clothing is totally different then the worlds. The tops are high and the bottoms are low contrary to the world standards of the tops being low and the bottoms being high. I am afraid that many of the churches women who profess christ have adopted the world standards and not that of goldliness. However anyone can change if they have a love for the Lord.

    I admit that it is "modest", but I do not know that ladies need to go to that extreme to separate from the world ...

    Yet, I also admit, that they are sincerely trying to please the Lord.

    You admit that those are modcest, BUT you are not sure it is necessary to go that far. Then you promote imodesty. Plain and simple. Those women who know and love the Lord WILL cloth themselves in modesty. No questions asked. The problem is thta not many fit the bill and even fewer men want it because they love to have their eyes filled.

    I don't think that logically follows. For example, some of the outfits on these sites show elbows and ankles. Suppose I found a site that promoted clothes that only have an eyehole.
    And you said yes, that was modest, but not necessary to go THAT far.
    So could I then say that you are promoting immodesty?

    modest is a relative term.
    I believe that a good and God-fearing woman has the judgement to discern what is and what is not modest.

Just becasue someone does not choose these clothes on these sites does not mean the are promoting imodesty. You don't have to be choked to death, or trip over your dress to be modestly dressed.
