    I am seriously disappointed in the federal government not including the unborn child of the one female soldier killed by the Fort Hood terrorist.

    I would encourage those of you who believe he should be charged with 14 murders, not 13, to make you voice known.

    I thought I'd see how many believe as I do, so, if you feel like being a voice for that unborn child, take the poll attached to this post.

    In many ways, this is a pro-life issue, and it needs to be addressed.

    Yes, he should be charged accordingly but he won't.

    It's time to get tough with these clowns. Someone should have emptied a clip on him at the time of his rampage. End of subject.

    If he took a human life...he should be charged with taking that human life.
