    Since he never should have been affirmed by the Senate in the first place, of course he should be fired. But since he unilaterally interpreted the GOP's military funding bill, passed last week after the "shutdown," as not covering military benefits even though it specifically did cover them, there is even more reason than ever to chuck Chuck.
