    Repent, are you a perfect man? Or are you a sinner?

    Why would you expect a perfect woman?

    If she is a devil on the outside, why would I want to get to know her inside?
    What a sad statement.

    So, every eligible woman at the gym you go to, and every eligible woman in your church (save three) dresses like a whore?

    None of the women in my church dress that way, but only three were my age.

    How can you think this is an unreal standard? Perhaps I need to spell it out for you?

    Anything shorter than knee-length (though longer would be good.).
    Anything that shows cleavage, the belly, the entire back, etc.

    Can I show "these" measurements as scripture? No. What does it say? It says long, as I understand (I am still learning greek.). What is long? Common sense tells you that if you can see the thighs, it's not long.

    A man could dress like a whore, too.. Since, I did not specify a gender in my post.

    But I did say "dresses like," didn't I? So yes, the way one dresses determines that.

    Repent, with your attitude, I'm afraid you will be single for a long time.

    I do have a solution for you. Go hang out or enroll at Hyles-Anderson College and stalk the women who have a major in "Marriage and Family Life."

    Folks, since Repent is being sincere, I think we should address what about his standard might be unreasonable. I'm guilty there, too. I think we should help a brother out here.

    Strange, I thought it was a heart / sin issue, not an attire issue.

    Can you give us a list of acceptable clothing for every occasion? Even though I don't sleep around on my wife, I'd hate to immediately be transformed into this "whore" based on what I pick out to wear :rolleyes:
