none of those guys look good with a cigarette in their mouths - that said, Obama is of course skirting the issue in the interview because he has said he is trying to quit and he hasn't been able to do that 100% of the time.

He can also step outside, can he not to actually to the smoking? Isn't the oval office adjacent to the outside world? Maybe they can set up an interior smoking area for him. I imagine their are brains with appropriate influence that can figure out how to make this work.

Chewing tobacco can kill you. Cancer of the mouth, cheek, gums, throat are just as deadly as any other cancer. Ever seen someone with no cheek, just a big hole? I have seen several. Or someone talking with that thing that I have no idea what the name of it is. Now I have no idea what other reasons one might have to have this device, but every single one I've ever seen was because of cancer from chewing. Chewing tobacco will kill or maim (sp?)you.

 

Americans apparently are not concerned with this, or they would not have voted for someone who approves the evil obama approves and supports. Smoking is least of it.

It is a federal law that it is illegal to smoke in a federal building, which the white house is.

It doesn't matter who smokes, it's still an ugly habit. And today we have way too much information about how deadly it is not only to the smoker but to their fmailies and co workers.

When I lived in Baltimore, in 1964-67, I was a route salesman for Blue Ribbon cake and delivered cake to Bainbridge Naval training center and there was a cementary on the way to the training center and someone had put a sign at the gate of the cementary centery. It read, "Welcome to Marboro country." I thought it was kinda cute.
