I'll be giving some snips from Phil Comfort's excellent book New Testament Text And Translation Commentary.

1:21 : WH NU : men, being carried along by the Holy Spirit, spoke from God
var/TR : holy men,of God spoke as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit

"The WH NU reading has the earliest evidence (P72 B) and diverse testimony. Furthermore,it is the most challenging yet most enlightening of the readings...[The TR] misses the mark. It is not important to note that the men were 'holy'...it is important to emphasize that the Scriptures, though spoken and written by man, came from God." (p.760)

2:6b : WH NU : an example of the things about to occur to [the] ungodly
var/TR : an example to those about to act ungodly

"[The WH NU]has earlier testimony in P72 and B and is the more difficult reading..." (p.762)

2:17a : WH NU : waterless wells and mists
    var/TR : waterless wells,clouds

"Whereas the WH NU reading is supported by early and diverse witnesses, the variant has late support and appears to be the result of scribal conformity to Jude 12,a parallel verse." (p.765)

3:9 : WH NU : he is longsuffering toward you
var/TR : he is longsuffering toward us
var 2 ; he is longsuffering because of us

"The reading in WH NU has strong documentation. The change from 'you' to 'us' in the first variant was intended to expand the audience to all humanity and prevent the text from implicating Christians as the potential objects of destruction." (p.767)
