    I responded to this phrase:

    "you can believe in God and be saved and then fall away from it they are still saved"

    I guess it all depends on what she meant by "it." I took it to mean that you could fall away from belief in God, but I guess "it" could mean church attendance too. My verse would apply to the former but not the latter.

    I deny the false belief that one can be saved and then renounce the faith for good. Such persons were never saved.

    Some cannot be together in a church simply because they are missionaries working a regular job in a country where it is illegal to meet.
