    (Phoenix-AP) -- Evangelism isn't optional.
That's what the Reverend Adrian Rogers told fellow
delegates to the Southern Baptist Convention's annual meeting
    yesterday in Phoenix.
Rogers -- a Baptist leader who pastors a church in
Tennessee -- said Christians are either "soul-winners" or
"back-sliders," adding that refusing Jesus's command to make
disciples of all nations is "high treason."
The Reverend Rogers said Southern Baptists who wonder how
to pay for missions should realize that everything they have
    belongs to God.
