This article in the Washington Post does show that in 2015, there were more whites shot and killed in shootings by police than blacks or other ethnic backgrounds.

In fact, it shows that 171 white men, in contrast to 100 black men have been shot and killed when confronting the police, thus far in 2015. Of course, if you add in the other races noted in the report, it comes out to half white and half other races, shot by cops in 2015.

This seems to put a damper on the claims coming from the black community activists. It would be interesting to see how the Christian activists on this board respond to the facts of this WP report and federal stats!

The first thing the libs would say is that 25% of the people shot were black - and considering that they only are 13% of the population...

BUT--- only 20 women were killed by police - that means that 95% of people killed were male, even though they are comprise 50% of the population.

Where are the liberals complaing that the police are much more sexist?

I didn't expect the regular race card players to debate this. The numbers don't support their "whine!" :flower:
