step by step removal

Besides the naggin spyware, I also have a virus now (Win32/GetPack.B). I downloaded spybot, and it did not remove the spyware or the virus. Is there a step by step way to remove this virus in layman's terms?

Try ccleaner it is free and very effective

I've installed spybot, ccleaner and advanced systemcare, and I still have it. I found the manual removal instructions online, but don't know what to do with it
