    We have a Steven Ministry apparently. It's called "deacons".

    The LCMS parish and the Presbyterian Church have joint training sessions for this ministry in our town. Don't know much about it except that these churches have fairly large congregations and fairly active lay ministries in place.

    Right from their start the Methodists have been trying to make this world a better place (for the grandkids) while the Baptists have been praying for an escape from this world and don't expect their grandkids to beliving in this world.
