strange file on desktop ~

    Diane,

    I posted some time ago about a Windows file showing up on my desktop. I was concerned it had something to do with the IRC Trojan I got around that time. If you remember, when I opened it it had all my e-mail addresses in it. I found a link from one of your posts and here I got the answer! Thanks. [​IMG]

    Excellent! I've seen the same thing a couple of times and just deleted it. Now I know what it is and how to "fix" it.

    You're welcome! I had been deleting mine also they just kept reappearing. At least I know it isn't from a Trojan. Hope it helps someone else. [​IMG]
