Surgery

    On Sept. 17 Monday a mass is to be removed near the pancreas. :praying::praying: for a successful surgery.
    May the surgeon remove all of the mass.
    May this mass not be cancererous.
    Asking for a miracle.
    Asking for Your will dear Lord! Amen

    Prayers are definitely in order!

    Do you know the significance of that date? It's the beginning of the New Year on the Jewish Calendar. It's a time to focus on the presence of our Creator and our relationship with Him. May you, as part of creation, be restored to health and know the sweetness of the healing power of our Creator.

    And if I'm mistaken and the surgery is for someone else, then let that prayer be passed on to the one in need.

    Thank you both very much for your prayers, GinaB and following-Him!!

    No the prayers are from my husband's 51 year old daughter, Jolene.
    She was raised by her mother and a step dad who have both are deceased.
    She claims to have accepted Jesus into her heart as a child,but spiritually she is far
    from Him. She does thank her dad for his prayers. So please pray for spiritual and her
    physical needs.

    Your prayers are wonderful and we love each one of them!

    Thank you one and all precious praying posters!! May the Lord richly bless each one of you for being such a blessing to me!!

    We got an e-mail from Jolene and she told us the results of her exploratory surgery, I believe, that is what it is called.

    She will have surgery on ( Sept.24)Monday morning about 7:30am. It can take anywhere from 4 to 9 hours. The main vein to her liver is running over the mass. Also she will be having the head of the pancreas removed and will have her gall bladder taken out too. They won't truly know what the tumor is until they remove it.


    Lord, we are praying for a miracle Monday for Jolene!
    We are asking that You guide the surgeons hands to
    remove all of the mass, and we pray that it isn't
    cancer.
    We know that You know best!
    And we trust You completely and we ask for Your will!
    We pray for Jolene and her husband at this time!
    May this operation draw them to You as their Savior
    if they have not accepted You as Savior and if they
    are that this will bring them back to You!!
    Thank You, LORD!
    In the name of Jesus, AMEN

    I am sorry that I have not been on here sooner,but her surgery was a very long event! More than 9 hours! The nurse explain the reason for the length of the operation was because the mass had been covered by the main vein to her liver. She is in her room and we are praying for a complete recovery.
    Your prayers are greatly appreciated!
