Do a youtube search for Pandigital Novel, Archos 7, Augen 70 for three and there are a number of others available via Ebay if you want to chance buying from China.

There is one with the latest Android, Wits a81e. The smartq v7 is a nice unit with a little additional work.

Archos has several coming out, a 9 inch with windows on it for 399 and they have a new android one coming as well from what I've read.

Android is quite a cute/neat system though at this point a little limited - but some of the latest apps are getting impressive and they are usually cheap.
