Twice a day, religiously. I get a dental exam and cleaning every six months.

On my last visit, the hygenist remarked, "Your teeth are in great shape for a 35 year old".

    "Thanks", I replied, "but I'm 43".

At least twice a day. And they're all my own (apart from my wisdom teeth which were removed when I was 20) with no fillings!:saint:

At least two times a day, plus flossing, plus bi-annual cleaning.

I lost about half of my teeth in a car crash a few years ago, so about half of my teeth are actually ceramic implants.

I brush all 32 of my teeth twice a day, and a third time every now and then. I love all of my teeth and it is my goal to make it through life without losing any of them.

I marked "other", based on my dentist's recent statement that I do not brush my teeth anywhere near often enough!

In the good old days....last century....a man would be refused entry into the army if he had rotten teeth....I supposed the rations must have been sea biscuits ....

By the way, who would only brush their teeth only one to three times a month. Someone has bad breath and that's the least of his or her worries.
