Talk about single-issue voters! Ken would vote for a pothead living in a trailer because of her drug problems, because she is for drug legalization.

Apparently, being single-minded sometimes means losing one's common sense.

Vote "neigh" to one trick ponies

That would make a good bumper sticker!

I would vote for Ms. Nall because of the overall libertarian nature of her total platform.

KenH...I will agree that if you are a libertarian that believes in drug legalization (obviously you are), then her website's platform would be appealing to you.

My assertion was simply that through listening to several of her interviews, I'm not sure anything BUT drug legalization matters to her.

Anyhoo...the fifteen-minute timer is ticking for Ms. Nall's fame...

I read that Ms. Nall will be on the Alan Colmes radio show on Friday evening at 9:15 pm CST for about twenty minutes:

To rbell

Dear rbell,

It isn't often that I register on a forum solely for the purpose of responding to misinformation. But your information about me is so wrong that I decided this would be worth it.

1. I do not live in a trailer because I "lost my home due to drugs" as you state. I have owned my home and property since 1997 here in Tallapoosa County. I did have an office/apartment in Montgomery last year but gave it up when money got tight at the company I was working for at the time.

It is a shame to see someone on a Christian board telling outright lies about someone they have never met. And to insinuate that you are somehow better than me and the tens of thousands of other Alabamians because you live in a house and we do not is very Un-Christian. What's that verse about it being "easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than..." ANd what about "Do unto others?"
You have made your religious community look bad by poor representation.

<inappropriate comments snipped - please refer to the posting rules you signed when you joined this board - Lady Eagle, Moderator>

Ms. Nall,

I have reported your post.

It's sad that you joined our board and posted in this forum without reading the notices which are featured at the top of the forum page.

Whoever 'alerted' you to come to this board should have cautioned you to abide by the rules...

Since you do not attend church and are not a Christian, I will pray for you.

Blessings,

Thank you for the prayers Sue. Please do not think that because I am not religious and do not attend church that I am anti-religion. That couldn't be further from the truth. Religion is a private family matter and I won't be a typical politician and use people's faith as a political football.

I didn't mean to break any rules with regard to posting a link to my website. Since it is a topic of discussion on this board it would seem that it would be ok for general reference purposes.

You seem offended that I would try to engage you in a discussion. that's very sad.
I'd like you and the others here reading this thread to answer my questions about what Jesus would do with regard to the drug war...if you would.

Thanks,
Loretta
