    (1) -Thinking that you have all the answers-

    1 Corinthians 3:18
“Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.”

    None of us “have arrived”!
    --------------------------------------------------
    (2) -Denying your own sin-

    1 John 1:8
“If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.”

We are all “dirty rotten sinners”, and deserve to go to hell!
    --------------------------------------------------
    (3) -Blatant disobedience-

    James 1:22
“But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.”

Knowing that what your doing is wrong, and not repenting!
(Having unconfessed sin in your life!)

At what point do you discuss self-examination? The first step in not being deceived is being able to truthfully take a look at yourself? Not how you see yourself. Not how you want or think you should be seen. But how and who you really are?

Pr 27:1 Boast not thyself of to morrow; for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth.
2 Let another man praise thee, and not thine own mouth; a stranger, and not thine own lips.

2Ti 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

    Good Topic!

    Another one:

    -Ignorance-

Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere should repent,
