[SIZE=+0]I would add to this that it is good to ask them if there is anything you can pray for them about as you bless the food and if they would like to join in if they give a prayer request. If they say no there is no prayer request you can ask if it would be alright to include them in the prayer for a blessed day.[/SIZE]
