    Watched The Amish and the Reformation video on Amazon Prime yesterday. Very interesting.

    A few years ago I used to live among some families who identified themselves as German Baptist -- Dunkard, I think is what they called themselves. Fine people, to be sure.

    Looks like the group is still around--but small in number. Here is a link of a Dunkard church in Texas. Makes me homesick to watch and listen to their online videos.

    We had Dunkard Brethern churches where I grew up. To be honest, at the time I never linked the name to baptism, just thought it was another surname appended to a denomination.
