The Amnesty Fraud

    Alright...you know that $5,000 "fine" they've been touting on this amnesty bill / fraud...I just got an email with a picture of a U.S. Customs Service sign. The sign reads...
    The penalties for unlawfully entering the United States according to US Code 19 Subsection 1459...

    Thus, these law-breakers are already subject to a civil penalty of $5,000 and a criminal penalty of $5,000 and one year in jail. If they do it again, the penalty increases. 20 Million illegal aliens times $5,000 (we'll just take the civil penalty for starters) would be $100 billion and no expenditures on free health care, free education etc. etc. Imagine what we could do with $100 billion...hey we could pay for 153 U.S. Embassies in Iraq ;)

    Bottom-line is the amnesty bill would appear to be including fines we've already had within the law but have long ignored (what makes us think they'll actually collect after the new law is passed)...the primary difference with the amnesty bill is the criminals don't go to jail and they don't have to go home.
