    I'm starting this thread to give the webmaster and moderators ideas on what needs to be on the Baptist Board. I know everyone on here has ideas on how to improve this board. This is not my board but I feel we as Christian Baptist might voice our opinion on what you feel the Baptist Board is missing. I for one feel we need an Inspiration Forum where God honoring stories and poems may be share with our Baptist brothers and sisters. I feel out of place when I put these in the humor forum where they don't belong. What are your thoughts and what would you add to the Baptist Board?... Brother Glen [​IMG]

    Agree. And testimonies, too!

    And maybe a spot to just post announcements of things that may be of interest to ALL Christians (not just Baptists)???

    The Baptist BBs are really great, and a true blessing. I wonder if it might be possible to add a signature option, where we could add an automatic closing and a favorite passage from scripture, quote, saying, etc.? :cool:

    I would like a forum where we can list contact names of Baptists we have known through the years and lost track of. I think it would also help people to come to the board for just that purpose when the word gets out in the local churches. I know I have a whole list of people from various churches in the past, I would like to find again.

    Everyone has heard of Classmates.com so why not a Baptist location and connection service?

    Love poems and hymns that are uplifting to my spirit or lifting high the worship of God. And some "Tomato Soup for the Soul" (I'm on a no-fat diet, so can't have chicken:eek: ) type stories would be a great blessing to my gizzard (there I go again, thinking about chicken).

    I personally like the way this is returning to its roots as a Baptist Board. God knows we seem to have enough diversity within Baptists that we don't need to broaden it out far . . . :rolleyes:

    Excellent ideas & posts. Testimonies, searches for friends, hymns, poems, childrens songs... I like the "Independent" thinking best! :D
