I was wondering what direction a person would encourage the Bi-vocational pastor to do in order to receive a quality ministerial/Bible education. Preferably the college professor. Would you attempt a masters, or even go as far as a second doctoral degree from a school that is not RA or cheaper (or RA is the funds are there). Any advice.

I am a bit biased, but:

    Fully accredited, respected, and inexpensive.

Challenging, though. They do not accept substandard work AT ALL, and the assignments tend to be on the long side. But they tend to be "Baptist" in their doctrine, and they are very nice.
