    Again you err. The Geneva Bible was intended for widespread distribution, including a Soldier's Pocket Bible.

    Yet the KJV changed the Word of God from the earlier English translations. Whether it was meant to be mass produced or not - the Anglicans changed the Word of God. Why?

    Stilllearing might want to put the shovel down. His hole is getting much bigger :)

    care to give an example. I find the same doctrines in the KJV as I do in the ESV, NASB, NIV, NKJV

    oh, and I believe in unconditional election and I love John 3:16.

    Yet the KJV shows the doctrine of election clearly in it's words. But maybe it's not in plain English for you to see it. ;)

    Closing this before the Calvinism debate creeps in. This forum is contentious enough without that.
