The chamber used to have more information about it on their website, but now it just has the vendor application, festival rules, etc. They really should have a website to link to with more information. Maybe I need to discuss it with our chamber president sometime. I am sure they will have more information in the Wednesday paper (the Siloam Springs Herald Leader is only published Wednesdays and Sundays).

I read that they are expecting around 30,000 people this year. I usually end up working several hours in the chamber's concession, but I haven't been asked yet this year.

Sherrie - lucky you, getting to go to church with the Singing Cop! [IMG] I wouldn't mind getting to meet his family - I've had the privilege of chatting with his wife once online, but that's all.

I went to church with her and her mother and brother at a different church, and I just love them. Best people you ever wanted to meet. She can really sing! Beautiful voice. I think she now has a major in Music. Anyways, she is very talented. Course he is too. He kind of sounds like Elvis. I just recently became a member of the church I go to, and this is how I met him. They look like a such a cute family. But I did not know he had a studio, and a CD until he joined the board.

I survived!! [IMG] the movie with seven grandchildren. We went to see "Holes". We had all read the book except the two youngest. The six year old watched it (didnt' go to sleep) and understood most of it. The movie was really good. [IMG]

Holes...is that a Disney movie with the boy from Even Stevens in it. The family have some sort of curse on them. The Grandsons want to see it.

Easter Bunny...is that just an American thing...or is it a universal thing? I never thought about it before.

OK, so I see we have reopened under the same management. Wow, the remodeling looks great!

Do we have bagels? And I'd prefer hot tea today, with a bit of honey. It's been raining here, so something warm is best.

    And how are you all?

Purple lady, did you say hot tea?

over here it is considered to be bad service if the tea is not hot. Soooooooooo that means no ice tea.

    yours, Jon.

I imagine if you were in the desert and thirsty anything drinkable would do.

When I get hot I like cold water. Once we had played baseball at the church and got hot. We stumbled into the kitchen only to find hot coke in glass bottles. It was a contest to see who could drink their's the fastest. We all had belly aches afterwards.

jon it is an answer to youthful looking.

I love hot tea too. No sugar or cream. Just some Lemon.

Jim hot tea or coffee is good in the summer. I think I will have some hot tea now with you Purple Lady.

Where has blackbird been? He must of packed up and moved. Someone better go see if they can see through his windows. See if the furniture is still there.

thetaterkid ...you just go sit down and get in on the conversation.
