The point is that the Democratic Party of today is not the Democratic Party of my parents who lived through the Great Depression and WWII. Joe Lieberman made that point last night. Gov. Zel Miller said so four years ago. Radical Leftist Socialists have taken over the DNC and are pushing their Socialist Agenda down everyone's throat. This method of political opperation is a page right out of the Cummunist playbook (see Churchill quote in OP). No one is saying that "Democrats are Communists." However, there are Radical Leftist Socialists, who may in fact be Communists, that are driving the DNC policy right now toward full blown Socialism. When that Socialism fails, as it did in the UK prior 1980 (Margarret Thatcher), the Communists will try to assume absolute power.

Please please start a new thread to demonstrate the truth of your red herring claims with evidence and sources. If you can not or will not do so then please keep such red herrings to yourself and stop trying to divert the discussion here.

Here we see that BHO proposes to give American families $1,000.00 funded by a “windfall profits tax on big oil.” His Socialist Agenda holds to the belief that industry is making “too much profit” and that it is the responsibility of the government to step in, take that profit away, and redistribute it to the people. Wealth redistribution is classic Communist dogma.

Here we see that BHO proposes to Socialize Healthcare for all Americans. This socialized medicine will cause the American people to be solely dependant on the government for healthcare. This Socialist Agenda seeks to drive an entire industry out of the free market and supplant it with a government run system where a Bureaucrat will determine who is sick enough to receive treatment and who is not. This has already happened under the State of Oregon’s Socialized Heathcare Plan.
