    Has anyone ever read "The Foundation and Athourity Of The Word Of God", by Bruce D. Cummings?
    My pastor gave me a copy, and I've been studying it. I'm really enjoying reading it! It's teaching me a lot. It's not a very long book about 50 pages, and the only reason I havn't yet finished it is because I'm going thorugh, and highlighting the important points, or the things that stick out to me.
    So, has anyone else read it?

    Abby - can you tell us something about the author (who he is, what he's done, where he went to school, what other works he's done). That is usually the way we "judge a book by its cover", short of actually reading the book.

    Ok, here goes. His name is Bruce D. Cummings, he got saved at 11, was called to preach sometime in April of 1947. He attended Bible Baptist Seminary in Fort Worth {arlington?} Texas.
    He published the first copy of his book in 1973, and the copy I'm reading this past June.
    He's pastoring Massilian Baptist Temple in Massillion Ohio.
    Anything else ya'll need to know? I wasn't sure what all to write. So if you need anything else, just tell me.

    No, the copy I have is a paperback copy. Very short. He have the introduction. the one from the first edition {1970 something- date is posted above.} and on from the newest copy this past June. Do you want me to type these up?
