In the recent Republican debate on Fox News Dr. Ben Carson jokingly commented that many in Washington DC has only half a brain. It turns out that he was correct about the former Secretary of State and current front runner for the democrat candidate to succeed Obama. This "brilliant" lady conducted all her business, both government and the fund "Help the Clintons Retire Rich Foundation" through a server located at their shack in Chappaqua, NY.

Any 15 year old using only half his brain {Normal for a 15 year old.} would know that such an arrangement was open to all with sufficient interest. Yet this "brilliant" Sec. of State insists there was no classified information on the servers. One would think that she would at least want to protect the identity of those who made lavish contributions to the Clinton Retirement Fund in return for favors from this "brilliant" member of the Obama team! We will soon learn if her favorite dismissive expression "At This Time What Difference Does it Make?" is still acceptable!
