Why do we need to prove to you anything ?

BTW, off topic, but we're STILL waiting for you to show us the White Supremacist groups affiliated with the Tea Party.

Please tell us what policies the GOP supports that will end in death and misery for the living, and specifically what the dems offer that will counter these.

    Thanx, in advance.

The poor the sick and the elderly can do just fine without the government. In fact they will do better when the government will get out of the way and leave them alone.

Are you saying you do not believe in equality for women, men and minorities?
I am not talking about entitlements here, but equality.

Do you believe in equal pay for equal work?
Do you believe in equal accessibility to healthcare?
Do you believe in equality before the law?

Just three areas in this reply.

    1. Refusing to participate in programs that would help the poor. For instance Florida turn down $51 million from the federal gov. that would have helped the poor.

    2. Following a policy of opposing everything Obama advocated, even ideas they had pushed for, not only hurt the poor but national security, the elderly, and jobs.

    3. Opposing equal pay for equal work harms the economy and people's lives, especially women.

    4. Following policies that enrich the already rich at the expense of the poor and middle class. The gap has grown significantly because of these policies the GOP put in place under Bush and continue to advocate more of the same. A narrowing of the spending base limits the economy and growth. The wider the spending base the more robust is the economy and job growth.

    5. Advocating slashing funding for the education of young people.

    6. Advocating the slashing of funding for Head Start which has been shown through the years as a very helpful program, especially for poor kids.

    7. Advocating slashing funding to WIC thus again harming both women and children.

Just seven policies. There are more. I do not expect you to agree as you are not pro-life for the living.

Well, at least, CTB, you have stopped saying that Pauline Christianity is the ideal of the Democrats.... You know that you will not be very popular with gays and lesbians if you keep talking about Paul.

…..Weatherford responded by saying the uninsured deserve private health care, not “government-run” health care. He thinks the Medicaid expansion under Obamacare will expand the country’s deficit, and that the federal government can’t be trusted to fully fund the program going forward, leaving Florida on the hook sometime down the road…..

    Baloney.

Your favorite new talking point. But you will not tell us how the economy gets harmed.

This is pabulum. We need specifics.

Are you taking GOP or Dems ?

This study shows how wrong you are. Head start is a fine place to start slashing funds.

    http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/opre/resource/head-start-impact-study-final-report-executive-summary

Fraud and abuse are rampant in that system and it needs to be addressed. America does not need 53% of it's babies on welfare.

Seven debunked talking points. I don't expect you to agree because they don't line up with your hatred of conservatives.

Nope. I want to know how you are hurt. Specifically.

And remember what scripture says about envy. Your answer will be compared to what the bible says.

    Anytime you are ready.

How does somebody making more money than you hurt you ?

You are smart, you have told us that. How would it hurt you if you were not making as much as another person in the same job? A bit of a hint, what could that person do that you could not because of money?

Would you feel it is unfair that you were being paid less for doing the same job as well or better?

Think about it. I am sure you can figure it our on your own.

CTB Should Heed the Teachings of Jesus on Wages

    Matthew 20

1 “For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire workers for his vineyard. 2 He agreed to pay them a denarius for the day and sent them into his vineyard.

3 “About nine in the morning he went out and saw others standing in the marketplace doing nothing. 4 He told them, ‘You also go and work in my vineyard, and I will pay you whatever is right.’ 5 So they went.

“He went out again about noon and about three in the afternoon and did the same thing. 6 About five in the afternoon he went out and found still others standing around. He asked them, ‘Why have you been standing here all day long doing nothing?’

7 “‘Because no one has hired us,’ they answered.

“He said to them, ‘You also go and work in my vineyard.’

8 “When evening came, the owner of the vineyard said to his foreman, ‘Call the workers and pay them their wages, beginning with the last ones hired and going on to the first.’

9 “The workers who were hired about five in the afternoon came and each received a denarius. 10 So when those came who were hired first, they expected to receive more. But each one of them also received a denarius. 11 When they received it, they began to grumble against the landowner. 12 ‘These who were hired last worked only one hour,’ they said, ‘and you have made them equal to us who have borne the burden of the work and the heat of the day.’

13 “But he answered one of them, ‘I am not being unfair to you, friend. Didn’t you agree to work for a denarius? 14 Take your pay and go. I want to give the one who was hired last the same as I gave you. 15 Don’t I have the right to do what I want with my own money? Or are you envious because I am generous?’
