the HCSB was To have Been based On majority greek text!

    But when the general Editor passed away, moved to CT texts...

    Would it had made much difference IF stayed based upon greek majority texts?

    I probably wouldn't have bought and used the text if it had been MT based. This would have discredited the text in my view and the view of many scholars.

    I believe that the translation that Farstad was working on when approached by Broadman & Holman can be found here: http://www.livingwater.org/about.html

    The translation appears to be called, "Logos 21". This website only has the Gospel of John available. I am not sure if any other parts of the translation were ever published. Also, the website has not been updated since 2003, so I am not even sure it is still being maintained or if the free booklet is still being offered.
