Pressler will be in chapel at SWBTS on Thursday this week. I have not decided if I will go yet or not. Anyone up for golf?

He spoke at Southern a few weeks ago, not in chapel, but in a forum discussion of the "conservative resurgence" in the SBC.

It was incredibly interesting, even if you are not a conservative it would have been interesting to hear the stories.

If I were on campus during chapel time tommorrow I would go, yet my job precludes me from this possibility.

If I were in Texas Thursday I would be there!

Go play golf or hear the Judge.....hmmm let me think...

I just got done reading "A Hill on Which to Die" last week. I read it in just a few days. It was really interesting reading. He is quite an extraordinary individual. I would love to sit down with the Judge and discuss with him the stories he shared at SBTS. He is living proof of what God can do through an individual that is fully committed to Him. I pray that God will raise up more Judge Presslers in the days ahead, we will need them!

I'd go. Whether you agree with him or not, he certainly stood for his principles.

I went after all - he really did not say much about his book - he reallly didn't have much to say. Should have played golf.

Was it like a Q&A, a sermon, an interview?

    Oh.

I'm sure it would have been better to do Q&A or an interview...he isn't a preacher.
