Ex-CIA unit head of the UBL team in the late 90's prior to 9/11 calls Bill Clinton a Felonious Liar and questions: who was he elected to protect ? the American people, or Kandaharis ?

Bill Clinton brags he almost had Usama except he didn't want to hurt the people of Kandahar....

to be honest, I have heard that 'compassionate tale' about Bill Clinton not wanting to have unnecessary collateral damage, and admired him for that.
well, looks like he was as inveterate a liar as this current president.
sad.
