    Actually, child support and visitation are mutually exclusive. You can not withhold court ordered visitation rights because of unpaid child support. Neither can you withhold child support because you have been denied visitation. Once upon a time it worked like that but it does not anymore. Withholding visitation because of unpaid support will only earn you a contempt of court charge...positive side of that being that you can tell the judge that the other parent is in contempt also because they haven't been paying up. The better way to handle it is to keep yourself out of trouble, though.
