That looks like something straight out of the Nazi youth movement or in the present day the worship of the "dear leader" in North Korea. This is pretty sickening. Can you imagine what the Marxists in the democrat party and the media would have done if something like this had happened relative to President Bush?

Actually the entire ceremony appears to be some ritualistic worship service. Disgusting.

Could this be called indoctrination? Community, commune, communist; that is the way Obama got his start. When will we begin to see the Civilian Security Force, the Brown Shirts of Hitlers Germany, that Obama discussed in his campaign?

The Left called President Bush a Nazi and now the Right calls President Obama a Nazi.

I don't see where the name calling does the country any good.

Inresponse to a video link I posted of Rumsfield testifying before a Congressional Committee on the lost $2.3T you said:

The collage on You Tube was obviously pieced together to propagate a lie about Rumsfield. You are not sufficiently naive or ignorant to believe that piece, therefore, you also propagated a lie about Rumsfield.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=87dbM8Cc5rI

But you believe that this video is real?
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HO9K7FNAYbk

Come on. This video about the "Obama Youth" was fabricated by his enemies. These kids were paid by the RNC to discredit the president.

Do you actually believe that this propaganda is more credible than the video of the Congress?

Alatide, that video was not fabricated. I was mistaken that the teacher who released this video was fired, they were suspended. But school superintendent Joyce McGautha did not deny that this activity was taking place, although she stopped this activity after the video went public. This video is old, I'm surprised you weren't aware of it. Here is an article from last year on this video.

You just don't get it. Some people lose all touch of reality when it comes to Obama. This is not normal or rational behaviour. This is obsessive behaviour to say the very least. Comparing Obama to Hitler is not a stretch, this is exactly how the German people reacted to Hitler in the 30's.

The source for this information is Fox News and WorldnetDaily neither o0f which are credible. Secondly, the article says that a school teacher was responsible. OK. Was this guy a rogue element? Did he get any compensation for doing this? If so from whom?

    Finally, the article admits:

Although the immediate source of the phrase "alpha omega" likely traces to the black fraternity step team tradition, the deeper source derives from the book of Revelation, which refers to God as the "Alpha and Omega," the first and last letters of the classical alphabet.

It's interesting that you focus on this and yet seem to be unconcerned about Rumsfield testifying that the pentagon could not account for $2.3T. It was probably spent on something but they just don't know what. Of course this doesn't fit in with your distorted world view so I can see why you don't care. It's better to spend that $2.3T on anything related to the military including possibly illegal activity than it is to spend it on health care for the poor isn't it?

Well, if it is a fraternity tradition to call someone the Alpha and Omega, someone should inform them that this is the name of Jesus Christ in Revelations.

As far as that missing money, it is not that I am not concerned, but I don't know what you expect me to do about it.

I know, I'll call Obama today and set up a meeting. I will ask him to form a committee to investigate what happened to this money. Then I will ask him to form a committee to find out what happened to billions in his stimulus package that are also missing.

So don't you worry, it is as good as taken care of. I'm glad you brought this to my attention, I am right on it.

Carpro, I just have to say thank you for posting the link to that article. It was well-written and very informative. I highly recommend those who haven't read it, to do so. It is a long article but well worth the read.

I don't see the widespread "worship" of President Obama that some conservatives claim to exist. Sure, there may be some on the Left that could be said to feel that way, just as there may have been some on the Right that put George W. Bush on a pedestal during his presidency, just as some on the Right may even to this day put Ronald Reagan on a pedestal.

But widespread among the populace on 10/12/09 - no, I don't see that at all. If anything is widespread, I think that it is that President Obama is held in much lower regard today than he was on inauguration day less than 9 months ago.
