I listened to Dr. Jeremiah with great interest and I agree with with analysis of the economic crisis and what it is designed to usher in. However, his pre-trib rapture mentality produces a foolish conclusion. When it comes to how a Christian should prepare for such a national economic crisis he basically denies there is any need to because we won't be here to face it. Hence, he takes the five foolish virgin approach to preparing for the end times.

Well, you Baptists hate labor unions, hate import duties, and don't see anything wrong with jobs going off shore. You all want the nation to collapse. Half of you want things to get worse so the you can get raptured.

What we don't want is for our freedom to do business as free Americans to interfered with in this way. If an American wants to do business out of country why should anyone inhibit that. If we want businesses to do business here we need to draw them here. Why do you want to force someone to only have business here? Do you not believe in freedom?

You would have to contact Dr. Jeremiah about that.

I think making contact with the scriptures is much safer and better source. Dr. Jeremiah is good man but wrong about his view of the timing of the rapture.

More evidence that you have a human uninspired center of authority.
