Just matching the spirit of the anti-Obama crowd.

Then again, JSM III will lose big time in November so his candidacy may not be worth the time to post against. The economy will probably be in such bad shape by then that he won't stand a chance.

And, obviously, I am not going to flood this forum with anti-JSM III threads. It is against the rules. I would have to find 23 other people to join me in posting anti-JSM III threads with different titles and I am not going to go to that much trouble.

What is wrong with waving the page limit rule and having one thread per candidate? Another Christian board did it and it contributed to order on the board.

    Ken

What happened to your libertarian stance on free speech?

Dont the posters that feel that B Hussein Obama is the biggest threat that our country faces have the right to voice their opinion? And share information as it becomes available?

    http://www.lp.org/issues/platform_all.shtml#freecomm

Are you only libertarian when it is convienent and helps your candidate?

This is a private board. I am merely making a suggestion.

Just as I thought, more one-sided moderation by the right-wing!

Yes, at first you were and that's fine. But, now you are making threats.

Private or not, you are still trying to limit people's freedom of speech, which is contrary to the libertarian platform.

"We defend the rights of individuals to unrestricted freedom of speech,"

    From the libertarian website

Wow ... You are so against unnecessary war but then you threaten to go and start one. Is this yet another instance of hypocrisy from Ken?

At some point you have to start looking at substance. Well, I gues you don't have to, but it would be wise. McCain is no saint, but any means. But compared to Obama, he is clearly the better choice for those who love America and the ideals that she was founded on.

Sorry to disappoint you, but I would feel the same way if the same poster posted 24 back-to-back threads about ANY candidate, just to make a point.

The moderator's of this forum are quite capable of dealing with posters and their threads in a fair and unbiased manner.

I apologize if I sounded threatening. However, if it was a threat it had no teeth since I can't carry it out.

I do sympathize with the moderators, especially one such as Roger(C4K) who bends over backwards to be evenhanded. Over the next five months I fear it will get really, really ugly in this forum - on the part of all sides.

I have no power to limit anyone's speech on this board.

Thankfully, we have more than two choices in Arkansas.

It wont get ugly on my part. In fact, I think its kind of comical when posters bash Bush at every chance and then get defensesive when Obama's faults are pointed out.

It is also very comical when a poster claims to adhere to certain liberties, except for when those liberties produce opposition to their beliefs or candidate...then they become against the very thing that they have preached.

Yes, this is way more entertaining than it is ugly.

You don't consider your personal attack against me to be ugly?

You might as well not vote at all than to vote for a party noone knows anything about, and a man most people have never heard of. He dosent stand a chance, so why waste your time?

Because hundreds of thousands of my fellow American over the past 232 years have died so that I can do what you describe as "waste your time".

Its not personal....I was simply posting the facts about the libertarian party.

After all, you invited research when you posted how great they were.

But you said you would vote for Obama. Are you changing your mind again?

The last I heard, Ken was voting (and campaigning) for Bob Barr...of course that may have changed AGAIN.
