    Open letter to AOL
    (first sent in a simulated conversation
    with an AOL automated CHAT program:

    This is an unwarrented intrusion into my computer. The unwanted presence of this MOVIEFONE reminds me of all the past sins of AOL which are many and as long as this MOVIEFONE is on my computer I'll be telling my friends about how bad AOL is.
