The theological bankruptcy of Sola Scriptura

    How are you able to claim to have access to the same historic sources as Mosheim and Carroll?

    I don't - and neither did they. Their works are ideologically motivated and would be laughed out of a court of law today

    Mosheim did not claim to have access to the same historic documents as Mosheim???

    What is your reasoning for that leap Matt?

    What I mean is that I don't have access to primary source documents from the 8th century that demonstrate the existence of Christian groups outwith the Catholic-Orthodox Church - and neither did Mosheim and Carroll. One suspects this is because such documents do not exist...
