    So funny... duck tape fixes everything!

    Years ago when I was in the Army we were going overseas on a Charted flight. I got a window seat and as we took off, I noticed a three foot weld on the wing.

    Very long flight

    Very good idea......But.... some private pilot, somewhere, will actually use duck tape to fix an engine and then sue when the engine falls off.

    Just the guy that put his large camper on “automatic pilot” and went to the bathroom. When he crashed, he sued the manufacturer, and won.

    Which proves having a lot of money doesn’t automatically mean you have a lot of brains.

    Edit to add: Upon google search the story of the “motor home automatic pilot crash” is an urban legend that had been around since the 1970’s (which is probably when I heard it). It is untrue.

    Dont worry about it - I'v been guilty of the same thing - maybe thats why I am on the lookout.

    But here are some stupid lawsuits - and a few - they jury was even dumber!

    From the link, a woman sued, and won, a company after tripping over her own son, breaking her ankle.

    I can understand the woman winning - the store should have a policy
    keeping brats - oops, I mean children - out of the store.!

    I’m sure her child is a precious little angel that never mis-behaved prior to coming into that store and breathing the store air which must have been the cause of the accident.
