Parents were not alerted to this assembly, however, and one irate parent shared a video of the assembly that the school had put on their website. According to the irate parent,
There is a video on the school’s website showing the assembly… It was nothing more than homosexual indoctrination about the meaning of the rainbow flag and “queer” history. On stage was the rainbow flag but NO American flag. And then a “gay men’s chorus” sang songs about homosexual “freedom.”
This is an elementary school and children as young as 5 were present. Like I said, parents were NOT informed in advance. My child brought home a bookmark with the rainbow flag on it and a quote from radical lesbian poet activist, Audre Lorde, whose work includes a book called “Uses of the Erotic.” This is for Elementary School! …
Then they show videos about how all “families” are the same – two dads, two moms, etc. The video of the entire assembly is on the school website.
While many might consider it alright for children to be exposed to this kind of discussion, such decisions are definitely one to be made by parents, not school administrators.
The Glenview parents were not alerted to this assembly and promoting a homosexual lifestyle to children in the context of a discussion about the value of diversity is tremendously inappropriate.

Makes a strong case for homeschooling. It seems the desired outcome of public education is to create a generation of tree-hugging, carrot eating, gender-confused, cellphone-dazed children that can't think their way out of an open room.

And for all their alleged equally abominable estate (a la Zaac), "heterosexual" adulterers and fornicators aren't hosting elementary school assemblies.

Looks like Satan places his minions in such places to achieve his evil goals.

    Proof positive .....

..... that there is no way Christians can accept the practice of homosexuality.

The LGBT and GLAAD have had an agenda since the early 1980s to normalize this sin, and they are winning the war for minds, and support, one child at a time!

When groups like this perform for our public schools .... when classrooms are led by homosexual teachers or homosexual sympathizers ... when our kids attend school and see the acceptance and normalization of homosexuality all around them .... and our kids make friends of children of homosexual parents or peers who consider themselves homosexual .... IS IT ANY WONDER THAT MORALS AND VALUES REGARDING THIS SIN HAVE ALL BUT BEEN SWALLOWED UP BY TOLERANCE AND DIVERSITY.

Unless the church makes a stand against all manners of sin, we will have to become used to those who practice such sin, eventually INFLUENCING our kids!

The church needs to make a stand. Parents need to make a stand. We need to teach our kids, that while we do not hate adulterers, fornicators, and homosexuals, such sinful acts are against the standard of holiness God expects for us!

Our kids need to be taught the word,
A child should have been taught to recognize that this singing group was not God's standard and walked out of the auditorium. IMHO! :type:
