    One of the classic ongoing spats of all time.

    But one insult towards Churchill sticks in my mind, since it was once said by J. Frank Norris about my grandfather, though it dates much earlier I understand. It was said by someone that "Churchill is the kindest, gentlest man ever to stab a man in the back or scuttle a ship!"

    A personal favourite of mine concerning the movement of New Zealanders to Australia in pursuit of better paying work

    The NZ prime minister was asked " Sir what do you think of the current egress of so many NZ to Australia?" His response was" It will improve the IQ of both countries!"
    The man was "Piggy" Muldoon.....I don't know his Christian name.

    Directed toward nobody here but one of my favorite insults.....

    I don't know him that well but it seems he is depriving some village of their idiot.
