Today I logged on here and suddenly realized that all the times and dates of the posts are not showing up on my screen. Ive tried restarting the forum board but it didn't make any difference.

We have EZ Firewall, if that could make any difference, but we've had that for awhile now, and this problem is new.

    Any help would be great!

    Thanks!

When you return to the BB do you have to reenter your username and password? If so this could/would be a cookie problem. A cookie is setup to remember your internet settings/preferences for a specific website. If you (or another program) regularly delete and clean up your internet cache/cookies then you could be inadvertently deleting this BB cookie so you would need to verify your BB profile is set up to display the time/date and to use cookies and then be certian that you or a program on your PC is not deleting this BB cookie. :D

I do sometimes have to reenter my username and password, but that doesn't seem to have a bearing on it. This problem just started a few days ago. Also, today it started happening between forums. I mean the dates and times show up, then I go to another area and suddenly they are gone. In order to get them back I have to shut off my browser and restart it. Then they are back for a little while.......

I was using Mozilla Firefox and this plus no pictures happened to me...and not just on this site. I just switched back to Explorer and it is fine again. I will let my husband update Firefox or whatever it is that makes this happen.

I use Firefox as well. Make sure that everthing is checked on the Content tab (Tools > Options... > Content).

I am using Firefox on a Dell right now with no problems. I usually use Safari with a Mac and no problems there either.

I would say make sure you have the latest Firefox but I dont on here and it is ok..

How is that for a not so helpful post?
