A summer ago (2003) I was in a wheel-chair with my neuropathy and broken foot. We gave up attending my home church as it was simply too much work. It made me super-conscious of the need for our facilities to be upgraded.

    And our work progresses.

My mother is in a similar situation. My stepfather is very ill from Lukemia and can no longer go to church. My mom still goes (gives her lots of strength for this situation!) and he watches it on TV. I would encourage you to stay at your church. Pastors are very busy people and I doubt he shunned you. Were you active members of this church and also how big is the church?
