    Well, that really depends on which world leaders you are talking about. Also, political administrations are a group effort writing your own speech is very time-consuming especially for a leader who has to make fast decisions everyday. You know what, I just find this quote very ignorant when separated from it's context. Gore Vidal is a great writer.
