    I used to listen to him on the radio as I traveled in my job, and always thoroughly enjoyed him.
    He told a "tale" once about when he was in High School.
    He came in one afternoon after a football practice, & his mother asked him to do some menial job. He immediately launched into a plea for pity 'cause he was so tired from practice. His mama lit into him about being tired after what she had been doing all day, & the way he portrayed the scene was absolutely hilarious. In fact, IIRC, I had to pull off the road for a short spell from laughing so hard.
    I would really love to hear that episode again!!
