Too Short for Prison ????

    This man deserves worse than prison. Anyone that would sexually abuse a child deserves nothing less than the death penalty.

    No Jail Time

    These guys never get better. It's a crime that the government has let prisons become what they are. It's too bad that the weak are abused there.

    But isn't that what this guy did?

    I guess we better look out for a midget-sized crime spree (no pun intended), since they obviously cannot do jail time.

    Gimme a break! It's past time that "we the people" hold these out of control judges to accountability. I say put him on a rack and stretch him till he's tall enough to go to prison! How tall would that be anyway?

    If he's too short for a men's prison, why not put him in a women's prison? I'm surt there would be those there who would know how to look after a sex offender ...

    There is a height requirement for prison? Whatever. He was likely able to lure children near him because of his size. To which I say he should have received the punishment fitting the crime, not his stature.

    Five foot one is not a midget's size.
