People will debate this issue till doomsday. I no longer have an interest. Some have tried to debate me on this while I am doing evangelism and I ignore them everytime for the debate would take much time away from reach lost souls.

Kind of reminds me of saturneptune on the political posts, or in other threads with differing subjects he has interest in.

Different subjects, same blah blah blahs, same predicament.

I will though offer this that at least one of the aforementioned subjects is obsessed to an unhealthy state with 'calvinism' and holds a rather weak understanding of its tenets. 'Not to mention' thread after thread created upon this with a false premise as its base. :D

I'm at the point where I can honestly say that I am not sure about the details. I wouldn't be upset if either way were true.

The fact is we were elected before the foundation of the world to exercise free choice.

    You forgot something:

Free Will Skandy: blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah blah blah

Elected Rippon: blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah

Free Will Skandy: blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah blah blah

I'm-better-than-you saturnneptune: blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, I'm better than you because I'm witnessing instead of debating, blah, blah, blah

Elected Rippon: blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah

Free Will Skandy: blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah blah blah

Elected Rippon: blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah

Free Will Skandy: blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah blah blah

Hey, you can't do that to me. I am going to report you to the Moderator. You see, by exercising free choice, you chose to assume Free Will Skandy is Skandelon, when they have nothing to do with each other. As you can see, you free choice was flawed which only leaves predestination and election. LOL

Upon further investigation I have found that "blah" is not a scriptural word and therefore any doctrine based upon it is a product of the traditions of men.

You may disregard my previous post.

A scriptural basis for the claim above would be appreciated. You certainly are not in line with the first chapter of Ephesians for starters.
